This program will take your business plans and create an operational and strategic plan that will be true to your mission and core values while activating your vision and goals.

During this 3 hour session, you will:

  • Refine you Mission, Vision and Core Values for your business
  • Identify your Strengths & Weaknesses, examine the Opportunities & Threats
  • Define your Ideal Client
  • Create Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Realistic and Timely Goals
  • Break down Action Plans into bite-sized pieces to beat Overwhelm
