Wintertime is the best time for garden planning.  Learn about how to plan ahead for saving your own heirloom or open-pollinated vegetable seeds this garden season.  Included will be discussion on some common approaches to seed-saving: heirloom variety preservation, breeding your own vegetable varieties, and an altogether different approach called "landrace gardening".
