Qigong is a traditional Chinese mind/body exercise & meditation that uses body movements with breathing & mental focusing to improve balance, flexibility, muscle strength, & overall health.

Qigong is a form of traditional Chinese mind/body exercise and meditation that uses slow and precise body movements with controlled breathing and mental focusing to improve balance, flexibility, muscle strength, and overall health. In this 1 hour session participants will be introduced to Qigong and will learn a 7 minute relaxation Qigong set. Qigong can be done sitting or standing.
