The VolunTEEN program is for teens ages 13 (birthdate must be June 1 or before) through high school graduation. Beginning April 1st, you may create an online volunteer account. Training is mandatory!
Being one of our Summer Read VolunTEENS is a big responsibility. You will be working with lots of children and families using our Summer Read software. Training is mandatory to prepare you for the VolunTEEN experience! Beginning April 1st, new applicants can create an account here. If you are a returning Summer Read VolunTEEN, you DO NOT need to create a new account. Please contact Talena Reynolds directly at 419.259.5229 or talena.reynolds@toledolibrary.org to reactivate your previous account. Starting May 1st, ALL new and returning teens can register for a training session online (keyword search: VolunTEEN) or at your preferred library location. Register early, as some locations fill up fast! Oh, you get a free VolunTEEN t-shirt too!
