Mary from Bensell Greenhouse will be on hand to discuss growing and maintaining different types of medicinal herbs. Each attendee will receive their own plant to take home.

Mary Machon has a Masters in Horticultural Therapy and has owned Bensell Greenhouse on Dorr Street in Toledo for almost 20 years. Join Mary to learn about incorporating medicinal plants into your own personal health plan. She will bring in plants to show you and discuss how to care for common and unusual plants. She will also discuss how plants in your home benefit your health and well-being. In this class, Mary will provide a few starter plants to take home and use as medicinals as well as handouts and references.
