Dee is a great grandmother and will be 89 years old on September 6, 2018. She adores her lovely family, especially her 13 great grandchildren.
The subjects for her paintings are selected from photos of historical businesses and homes in the Maumee area, items found at rummage sales and photos of family and beloved pets.
The success of Dee's artwork gives her much pleasure and satisfaction. She is most pleased by positive feedback from buyers. This feedback gives her purpose and is the reason for cleaning the brushes and stacking the paintings behind the couch and feeling supreme love for the art.
