Personal Health Records, what are they? Why are they important and how do I navigate mine? University of Toledo Health Information Administration representatives will discuss the importance of maintaining your own personal health record and answer questions including: Who needs a PHR? When is the best time to have a PHR? Where do I find the information to help someone create a PHR? How does one create a PHR? And why is a PHR beneficial?
