Officer James Below has 26 years with the Toledo Police Department with the last nine years as a Community Service Officer, and he currently holds the position as the coordinator for the Toledo Police Retired Senior Volunteer Patrol RSVP program. Prior to joining the Toledo Police Department, he worked nine years with Toledo Edison as a Nuclear Security Officer, working on site at Davis-Besse Nuclear Power Station. He also served in the U.S. Marine Corps Reserve for six years as a Military Police Officer and Infantryman.
