Explore the Qixi Festival, China's Valentine's Day, through stories and food!

He Chen, from the Empire Chinese Restaurant, will tell us the story of the meeting of the Cowherd and Weaver Girl from Chinese mythology.  This story is celebrated as the Qixi Festival, or the Chinese Valentines's Day.  Chen will cook foods associated with this day, for us to sample.  This year, the festival will fall on August 17, so you will have plenty of ideas for your own celebration!
