Chi Kung (pronounced chee gong) is a subtle yet profound set of energy exercises similar to the more familiar Tai Chi (Tai Chi Chuan is actually just a martial art form of Chi Kung). It derives from the theories of Traditional Chinese Medicine and uses simple movements and moderate stretches to circulate & store Chi (energy) within the body. A daily Chi Kung practice will help calm/focus the mind, enhance the immune system, increase/balance your energy, and help develop an intense internal healing power. The delicate and meditative nature of Chi Kung makes it a perfect fit for all ages and physical abilities. Chi Kung is soft and gentle enough for the elderly, yet powerful enough for major athletes and groups like the world famous Shaolin Monks! By the time you are finished you will have a complete set of breathing/meditative/physical exercises that will work all systems of the body while balancing the mind, & spirit.
