Cold weather got you down? Warm up with some delicious no bake cookies, just in time for the holiday season. No oven required, but you will need a stovetop and help from an adult.

Chocolate Hazelnut Clusters

  • ¼ cup butter
  • 1 cup white sugar
  • ¼ cup milk
  • ¼ cup chocolate hazelnut spread
  • 1- 1½ cup quick cooking oats
  • Optional: 1/8 tsp ground hazelnut, ¼ cup chocolate chips, 2 tbs cocoa powder

1. Melt butter in a medium sized saucepan over medium heat. Add sugar, milk, and optional seasonings. Bring mixture to a boil.

2. Stir in chocolate hazelnut spread until melted and simmer, stirring constantly, for 2 minutes.

3. Turn heat down to low. Fold quick cooking oats and chocolate chips (optional) into mixture until evenly coated.

4. Working quickly, drop spoonfuls of mixture onto a baking sheet covered with parchment paper. Once the mixture cools it will be tough to work with!

5. Let cool for around 20 minutes.

Crispy Ginger Chews

  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • ½ cup dark corn syrup
  • ¾ cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1- 1½ tsp ground ginger
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 cups rice cereal
  • Optional: 1/8 tsp cloves, 1/8 tsp nutmeg

1. In a medium sized saucepan, combine brown sugar and corn syrup. Bring mixture to a boil, stirring constantly until the sugar is dissolved. Add ground ginger, cinnamon and optional seasonings.

2. Stir in peanut butter until melted and simmer, stirring constantly, for 2 minutes.

3. Turn heat down to low. Fold rice cereal into mixture until evenly coated.

4. Working quickly, drop spoonfuls of mixture onto a baking sheet covered with parchment paper. Once the mixture cools it will be tough to work with!

5. Let cool for around 20 minutes.
