Learn how the power of breath, connection, observation and a quiet mind can profoundly impact the quality of your life and how to extend that practice into the many other aspects of daily life.

Instructor Ash Archambeau Doilin is a Toledo native back home after working in Southern California with Adventures In Consciousness (AIC) nonprofit for 6 years. She is a Certified Counselor, Yoga Instructor, "Tools For Transformation" Specialist with 10,000 hours personal practice, Social and Emotional Specialist Educator for Sylvania Schools, and the National Youth Program Director of Healthy Minds, Healthy Bodies Kids Programs (HMHB), the youth division of AIC. She is delighted to be back in Ohio going to" inner space" with all ages.  She is continuing the mission of AIC to help people help themselves by experiencing the simple, yet powerful practices of awareness training and kinetic psychology that bring forth our innate presence, peace, and resilience. She believes everyone needs and deserves a wellness education that genuinely works for them anytime, anywhere.
