The Healthy Connections program offers assistance with obtaining mammograms.

The Healthy Connections program offers assistance with obtaining mammograms, including:

  • Scheduling mammograms
  • Coordinating coverage of cost for services if the individual has no insurance
  • Arranging transportation to and from appointments 
  • Conducting follow-up to appointments and providing guidance if additional screenings are necessary
  • Facilitating a support group and resources for those dealing with breast cancer and survivors
